Product Manager, Customer Reporting – LHH CTM
This role is global and be located in the United States or Eastern Europe
This role supports the successful definition and delivery of the digital reporting platform and applications that support LHH. These applications and platforms' successful definition and delivery are critical to driving LHH's long-term strategy and vision of providing end-to-end talent solutions to our customers and establishing LHH market dominance.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the execution and rollout of the new customer reporting tool, focusing on the new reporting strategy and reporting governance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, align tools with customer needs, and drive adoption while considering short- and long-term business goals.
- Research competitors strategies and provide benchmarking insights. Collect and validate customer requirements to align with company business objectives.
- Translate customer and team needs into actionable tasks and user stories for the development team. Define and maintain the product roadmap for the reporting tool, ensuring alignment with overall product and innovation strategy and objectives.
- Ensure the reporting tool provides clear, concise, and impactful reports that drive insights for customers, in line with the designed prototype.
- Drive improvements and innovations to enhance the reporting platform’s functionality and user experience
- Defining and articulating the vision of the new reporting platform with internal stakeholders, including Tech, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales
- Manage change control and communication associated with the new reporting dashboards release.
- Develop metrics and KPIs related the development and implementation of the reporting dashboards
- Assist UAT and provide final sign-off for releases.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally focused on reporting or data visualization platform
- Experience with driving change and adoption of the customer reporting platform specifically with BI tools.
- Familiarity with data management and visualization tools like MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with reporting platforms.
- Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all levels of the business from technical with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts.
- Experience collaborating with data management teams to ensure accurate data pipelines and integrations. Understands data governance policies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Product Management, Business & Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).
- Agile Software & Lean Product Management experience is a nice to have
- Understanding of SaaS technology and development process
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with continual change and deals well with ambiguities
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering large consumer-facing products/projects with cross-org dependencies.
